I’m thinking of automating my call follow-up workflow. Whenever I call a person, I write down notes in Outreach. These notes are synced automatically to Salesforce, and can later be found in the Activity tab.

Say, I booked a meeting. I don’t want to spend too long drafting an email and a calendar invite while I’m still in my call block. That would take minutes away from dialing, reducing the volume of the call bock. In other scenario’s, the outcome is not a meeting, but a follow-up that requires me drafting a long email with certain information.

Is there a way to automate the follow-up and meeting-booking step?

Already, with Isaac1 I’m analyzing my call notes automatically on Sunday night to create call tasks in Salesforce. Unfortunately, I’m stuck at this point because our company did not enable the Outreach MCP server. This means I still have to re-create the Salesforce tasks manually in Outreach which creates too much friction.

I’m quite sure I’ll continue working on this process in the near future.
