Call Analysis with Genie

I’m definitely more impressed with Genie now. While creating two pie charts on my weekly call analytics dashboard, Genie figured out that we need to join both calls to leads as well as contacts.

When designing the dataset for the dashboard myself, I only thought of contacts. I wondered why Genie created a leads dataset, thinking it was a mistake.

Genie calmly explained that to get my total calls, we need to look at calls I made to both leads and contacts. I don’t often call leads (because I always convert them to contacts), but other users may do so.
